They are promoting the upcoming 3rd Philippine Web Awards that will take place on Nov 24th, 2000.

…”This award has done wonders for my designing career,” said Sheryl Oliva, winner of three awards last year. “I was able to attract more clients, I gained popularity, and I was given higher pay. It’s good that there’s an award like this to recognize Filipino Web Designers,” she said.
